COME SAVE ME

Drop by drop rain floods the streets;
like your thoughts flood my heart,
my sinking heart needs a boat;
so come save me.


I am a captain of a sinking ship; on which no one wants to climb,
I have heard many screams; I have heard many cries,
Guess all of them where mine;
so come save me.


I am gasping for air only to see your pretty face one more time,
and time seems slow; as I drown below,
into my ocean of saline,
so come save me.


Again rain floods the streets,
like your thoughts floods my heart
my sinking heart needs a boat;
why you never come to save me?
