DREAM OF A DREAM

Drooling doggy lying on his back;
Like a homeless junkie getting high on smack,
Scream was around that he was a hack,
Sometimes he asks him self am I on the right track;
As he was the one who kicked out his own pack,

And he howled and howled; no one was near,
He had the crown but their was no cheer,
Sometimes he looked at the moon with a sneer;
Nothing was cloudy and everything was clear,
With  his eyes shut tight; as he remembered his dear.

Soon nothing seemed real as every thing was just noise,
lying through his teeth;as he thought he had no choice,
To push her away and never hear her voice;
remorse by his doings and searched for inner poise,
Everything became numb; as he couldn't find rejoice.

so now he lays down on his back; dreaming of a dream,
looking at the tides in the sky; making his spirit scream,
resurrected by the dream; now he knows what he has to redeem,
throwing back the vicious terror; that was blocking his inside beam,
now he has to find his inner child; which was once washed away in life's stream.
